1. Try them on as received. If adjustment is needed, straighten the temples fully, then put the glasses on. Check the correct position behind the ear, then gently bend the temples for a snug, comfortable fit.
2.If you feel pressure or tightness, bend the temples slightly outward until the pressure is relieved.
3. To adjust the angle: hold firmly near the hinge, then bend gently inward or outward until the fit is perfect.
